No-Returns Policy

At bee-u-Tee-ful Creations, every item is handmade with care, crafted as one of a kind and in limited quantities. Because of the custom nature of our process and the individuality of each piece, all sales are final. That said, we want you to love your purchase. If you get a piece of clothing and it simply doesn't fit, we will work with you to make it right.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns due to:

Change of mind
Color or fabric variations related to website screen display differences
Gift purchases

To help ensure the best experience, we sized our clothing based on typical sizing models for each product. If you have questions about fit, fabric, or sizing comparisons, we’re happy to assist before you buy.

Defective or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, we want you to love your purchase.
If you receive an item that is:

defective,
damaged during shipping, or
your received something totally different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and partner with you to determine the appropriate solution.

Custom and Handmade Variations

Because our products are made by hand, slight variations in stitching, pattern placement, and construction are expected and are not considered defects. These differences are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade clothing.

Finding joy in a repurposed sweatshirt and flannel shirt has now become a growing collection of one-of-a-kind items that reflect personality, purpose, and love.
